Diagnostic Workcards

Capture the fault, preserve evidence and attach the exact OEM procedure before authorizing teardown. A DTC is a diagnostic starting point—not proof that a pack must be opened or replaced.

Shop Intake

A signed-in verified technician, shop administrator or network administrator is required. Orders are private to their creator.

Review Gates

  1. Fault capture

Record exact DTCs, freeze-frame context, model year and customer symptom.

  2. OEM validation

Confirm the applicable manual and test prerequisites. P0A80 commonly means “Replace Hybrid Battery Pack”; the diagnostic procedure is model-specific.

  3. Diagnostic review

Preserve actual results and test conditions. Do not infer block voltages or pack health from standard OBD PIDs.

  4. Teardown authority

A qualified shop must confirm authorization, applicable isolation procedure and work scope before physical disassembly.

Standard Mode 01 PIDs, transported over CAN where supported. Proprietary HV addresses, scaling and diagnostic sessions require a sourced OEM definition; no unsourced OEM PID maps are installed.
