Network Terms
Shop listings
Any shop may be listed in the community directory. Network perks — routed jobs, the credential seal and payouts — require consent, sign-up and active certification.
- A listing is not an endorsement until the shop completes certification.
- Shops keep their own name, pricing and customer relationships.
- A shop can leave the network at any time; its recorded work stays on the ledger.
Certified work
Every high-voltage job follows the HHN Standard and is recorded to the Hub Ledger with the technician, the parts used and the test evidence.
- Isolation, PPE and torque steps are mandatory, not suggested.
- Before-and-after readings are attached to the vehicle's record.
- Work that cannot be evidenced is not labeled Hub Certified.
Payment terms
Network jobs and Market sales have transaction-specific payment terms. Buyers see the total due and sellers see their agreed payout before committing.
- Applicable charges and agreed payouts must be disclosed before money moves.
- Sellers are paid out after the network collects; the ledger shows each payout.
- Internal network allocations are private founder records.
Data ownership
Drivers own their vehicle and battery records. Shops and partners see only what the owner shares, and access ends when the vehicle changes hands.
- Live vehicle reads require explicit consent and can be revoked at any time.
- When a vehicle is sold, prior access tokens are cleared automatically.
- You can export or delete your account and records self-service.
Marketplace conduct
The Market is for real items only — vehicles, batteries, modules, engines, tools, equipment and parts that the seller actually has.
- No dropshipping, no placeholder listings, no items you do not possess.
- Descriptions and photos must show the actual item and its condition.
- Misrepresented listings are removed and repeat sellers lose access.
Liability
HHN coordinates the network; each shop is responsible for its own work, licensing and insurance. Information on this site is not a guarantee of any repair outcome.
- Estimates and calculators are planning aids, not quotes or readings.
- Emergency guidance never replaces calling 911 first.
- Disputes between buyer and seller are mediated through the ledger record.
