Any module supplied in a Certified or Certified+ build, the BMS harness we installed, and labor at any in-network shop.
Covered
Cooling kits fitted by an HHN shop, including hoses, pump, and controller.
Covered
Repeat failure of the same fault within the warranty term — including diagnostic labor.
Not covered
Collision, flood, rodent damage, or high-voltage work performed by a non-certified shop.
Not covered
Modules that were already Grade C at intake and declined for replacement on the signed ledger.
